Kazara is an AI-powered manifestation coaching app that provides personalized daily practices and guidance based on teachings from various manifestation teachers. The Application is for informational and personal development purposes only.

Not Professional Advice

Kazara is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, therapy, medical advice, or financial advice. The content provided is for personal growth and motivational purposes. If you are experiencing mental health issues, please consult a qualified professional.

Subscriptions

Kazara offers auto-renewable subscriptions for premium features:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited upon subscription purchase

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the Application
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Application to harm, harass, or abuse others

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Kazara are owned by the Service Provider and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from using the Application. Manifestation practices and outcomes vary by individual.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service Provider.
